Bahria Education and Training Services (BEATS), the welfare and Education division of Bahria Foundation (BF) was established in 1998 with the aim to provide quality education. So far, BEATS has established more than 80 campuses across the country with the strength of over 29,500 students. BEATS has brought quality education at the doorstep of children who had no access to such facilities. With the expansion of the network of the colleges, greater emphasis is also being laid on the selection and training of Principals, teachers and staff to ensure excellence in academics. Concurrently, Bahria Foundation Colleges have earned a reputation for inculcating Quranic Arabic education, discipline, ethics and character building of students of BFCs.

Physical education in high school is essential part of BFCs for the development of motor skills and the enhancement of reflexes of our students, Hand-eye coordination is improved, as well as good body movements, which helps in the development of a healthy body posture. In BFCs we strongly focus on Physical education, which teaches students the importance of physical health.

In Bahria Foundation Colleges we know the need and importance of physical education for the wards and we focus on it because of following reasons:

  7. To participate in any event, all the players are required to learn the fundamental skills and rules of the games as well. If they do not work according to the rules, they can be disqualified even from the game.
  8. Human body is a composition of muscular and nervous systems, and to keep the body in proper condition, it is necessary to keep these systems fit and in good working conditions. These systems will function properly if there be a kind of co-ordination between them. Such kind of co-ordination can be developed with the help of various physical activities. On the basis of above discussion it can be said that physical education plays a very important role in the modern world and everyone must participate in any kind of physical activity.
