Bahria Foundation is looking for Sr. Manager HR (Operations) for its Head Office located at Karachi.


Education : MBA (HR) with 8 to 10 years of HR Operations Management including documents handling. HR Certifications will be preferred.

Skills :

  • Hands-on experience over HR Operations, Employee Data Management, Compensation & Rewards Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Budgeting, Organizational Development, Performance Management & Employee Counselling
  • Support HR Team in their responsibilities and provide solutions / guidance on day-to-day affairs
  • Understanding and translating Policy Framework into processes & procedures
