Director (Human Resources) – Head Office
|Position Summary: To provide HR expertise & leadership at Head Office level in talent management & development, competitive compensation management, policy making, HR budgeting, HR information system, employee relations, labor laws & regulations, organizational development & transformation, and ensure its compliance in BF business pillars / support functions / business units / subsidiary companies.
Education: Masters in HRM, Business Management or Public Administration. Additional Qualification in law will be preferred
Experience: 5 to 7 years of work experience in HRM with minimum 3 years as Head of HR/OD.
Skills: HR strategy & planning, recruitment & selection, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reward management, training needs analysis, career development framework.
Chief Operating Officer– (Commercial Businesses)
Position Summary: To develop and implement plans for the growth, sustainability and expansion of Commercial Businesses of Bahria Foundation including retail businesses, security, recruitment agency, travels, manufacturing, trading and others. Develop market-oriented business strategy contributing to the overall strategic plan of BF.
Education: Masters in Business Administration / Marketing / Business Management / Sales / Finance / Equivalent
Experience: 5 to 7 years of work experience in management position with a minimum 3 years in a similar role
Skills: corporate assessment planning, business portfolio management, financial management of businesses, capture business opportunities, cross-functional team management, and strong commercial acumen
Chief Operating Officer – (Bahria Education & Training Services)
Position Summary: To develop and implement plans for the growth and expansion of Bahria Foundation Schools and Colleges, and Vocational Training Centers across regions and ensuring quality education and sustainability through operational excellence.
Education: PHD / MS in Education Leadership and Management / General Management / Equivalent with hands on experience of heading Educational / Academic institutions
Experience: 5 to 7 years of post-academic experience in management position preferably in Educational Institute with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
Skills: Institutional assessment & planning, good analytical skills to cater business needs in education sector, good reputation & relationships within education industry, Well versed in educational laws & regulation compliance, educational policies development techniques, educational management techniques, and financial management of educational projects
Manager IT (Bahria Classification Society)
Job Summary: The MIT is responsible for the management, planning and execution of Information Technology infrastructure for BCS. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible to oversee technical projects, ascertain its alignment with organizational goals, and direct the effective delivery of networks and processes across the organization to ensure optimal performance.

Senior General Manager (SGM) - BAHRIA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY
BF invites applications from highly experienced, dynamic and passionate professionals with strong operational and commercial acumen for the position of Senior General Manager (SGM) – Bahria Classification Society (BCS) in Karachi.
This position is Karachi based and covers ports from Karachi to Gwadar and local equipment manufacturers. Occasional work outside of this area is also expected. The role is primarily dealing with the survey of existing ships and ISM/ISPS/MLC audits, and will be appointed at Senior Surveyor or Surveyor level depending on experience and skills.
